How to Return an Item

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kaishu Skin purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these simple steps

1. Check Your Eligibility

You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.

2. Contact Us

Email our customer service team at support@kaishuskin.com.

Please include:

Your order number
The product(s) you wish to return
The reason for your return (optional, but helps us improve)

3. Wait for Return Instructions

We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

4. Package and Send Your Return

Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit.
Include your name, order number, and contact details inside the package.
Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
